AIRPORT SERVICE
Our airport service includes: Airport Fast track service (Arrival Fast track and Departure Fast track), Car pick-up/Drop off service, Esim.
Procedure
We will arrange our staff to assist you on time. After receiving your payment, we will send you a
confirmation and construction via Email. You just need to follow our guide.
Fee
The car pick-up/drop off fee includes transportation from the airport to the city center. Outside
locations will incur an additional price. If your location is outside the city center, we will let you
know if there is a charge.
The stamping fee charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department. For any reason, this money is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel on your application you must send an official request with your Application ID to our Email sales@vietnam-immi.org
Once the email [Your Vietnam Arrival Fast Track Confirmation & Instructions – Order #XXX] has been sent to you, any refunds or changes will not be possible or may be subject to additional charges; Or the Admin fees will be deducted case-by-case.
If a request is made too close (under 2 hours or depending on the airport) or after the customer is already at the airport, therefore the service cannot be arranged, Admin fees may still apply.
If the customer provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong flight number, date, passport details), the service may not be executed and the booking may not be eligible for a refund.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all visa requirements are fully completed before departure. For any issues, you may contact us 24/7 for guidance or support (visa service fees may apply).
Airport-Related Incidents & Last-Minute Changes
Admin fees apply when the customer has already arrived at the airport or requests changes very close to the scheduled arrival/departure time, and the service cannot be arranged.
Last-minute changes or urgent adjustments, even in the case the service cannot be arranged, may incur an additional support fee due to staff coordination and on-site handling.
If the customer changes flights or arrival details upon already reaching the airport, even in the case the service cannot be arranged, additional administrative or emergency handling fees may apply.
If our staff are present at the airport but unable to locate or contact the customer, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Support / Administrative Fees
Additional support or administrative fees may apply in situations such as:
- Adjusting or correcting information after a booking has been processed.
- Urgent handling requests made close to arrival/departure.
- Reprocessing due to incomplete or inaccurate details provided by the customer.
- When the customer has already arrived at the airport or requests changes very close to the scheduled arrival/departure time, and the service cannot be arranged.
Additional support or emergency fees will vary on a case-by-case basis. Admin fee of USD10 per person applies. Please note that fees may be updated without prior notification.
Flight Delays & Operational Changes
If airlines reschedule, delay, or cancel flights: We will adjust the service time where possible.
If the new timing makes the service unfeasible, a minimal handling fee may apply to cover staffing arrangements.
Once the eSIM has been processed and delivered via email, the service is considered complete.
All fees are non-refundable after the eSIM is sent, regardless of whether the customer activates or uses the eSIM.
If your flight schedule changes or is delayed due to outside factors like weather-related events or courier delays, you must contact us right away by calling our hotline at +84.379.522.522 or sending an email to sales@vietnam-immi.org so that we can adjust our services accordingly.
If you do not contact us after such conditions, which causes the failure of our service delivery, there will be no penalties and no refunds.
If you are unable to use the service(s) on your arrival date for whatever reason, please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@vietnam-immi.org or through our hotline at +84.379.522.522 and follow our instructions.
Within 01 hour of your landing time, if you do not contact us or do not follow our hotline’s instructions, no refund will be provided.
If you are unable to use the service(s) due to our error in any of the following two situations, we will refund your service fee in full.
- Within 01 hour of your landing time, Even when you call us at our hotlines +84.379.522.522 or Email us at sales@vietnam-immi.org and follow our instructions, you are unable to locate our representative(s) at the airport of arrival.
- If, after calling our hotline +84.379.522.522 or sending us an Email to sales@vietnam-immi.org within one hour of your landing, you are unable to locate our representative(s) at the arrival airport, you receive no response or help from us.
Each [Thursday], the refund will be issued. If it falls on public holidays (Tet, Vietnam Liberation Day, National Independence Day, etc.), the refund will be processed the next business day. However, depending on how your bank or financial institution operates, it can take you 7 to 10 working days to get your money. Regardless of the payment method you used, any fees your bank or financial institution imposes in connection with the return will be applied to your account.
