Question 1. What is Fast Track service at the airport?

Answer - Fast Track service at the airport is a service that assists immigration (enter and exit procedures) without passengers having to wait in line. Our experienced staff will be waiting at an appointed area with your name board and then assisting you in completing the procedures through a priority lane. 

Question 2. Why should I use Fast Track service?

Answer - Usually, it would take plenty of time to wait in line to get all the procedures done at the airport. Our Fast Track service allows passengers to complete entry-exit procedures quickly without having to queue for long, thus saving time, especially during peak seasons, holidays, and Tet. We assist in all airport procedures, making your trip smoother and more convenient.

Question 3. How can I apply for Fast Track service?

Answer - Passengers can apply for the service by filling out the form on our website, completing payment via available methods, and receiving the confirmation email. 

Passengers can also register through the hotline or leave a message via live chat with our consultant to book our service.

Question 4. What fees do I need to pay for this service? Does the price include taxes and other fees?

Answer - Our Fast Track service comes at 2 prices: from 20USD/passenger (Normal Fast Track) or from 35USD/passenger (VIP Fast Track), inclusive of applicable taxes and other fees.

*Note:

  • Arrival Fast Track service does not cover Government fee (for VOA applicants). Kindly prepare US$25 for a single-entry or US$50 for a multiple-entry before arrival.

  • We will inform you accordingly about Service fees that may be applicable at some airports, depending on the airport policies and your arrival/departure time.

Question 5. How can I contact your staff/company?

Answer - Once you have booked the service, our staff will contact you and will discuss with you some information such as confirming registered information, the required documents to prepare, and the meeting location at the airport.

It is advised that you keep in touch with our staff via hotline, email, and social apps like WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat for prompt support.

Question 6. What documents should I bring to complete immigration procedure?

Answer - Here are the documents you need to complete the immigration procedures:

1. A valid passport with blank pages for entry stamp

2. Documents proving you have permission to enter Vietnam such as approval letter, temporary residence card, APEC card, or other valid documents stipulated by Vietnam Laws.

3. Portrait photos (4x6, .jpg format, white background, looking straight, without glasses) (if any).

4. Government fee (for VOA applicants).

5. When using our service, if there are other requirements for entry documents (case-by-case), our staff will notify you to prepare promptly.

Question 7. What are some complementary services?

Answer - We provide complementary services such as car transfer, eSIM, and application for Letter of Approval in case you do not have documents proving you have permission to enter Vietnam.

Question 8. Is Fast Track service available for both departure and arrival?

Answer - Yes. Our Fast Track service is available for both arrival and departure, with a service fee only from 20USD for Normal Fast Track, and from 35USD for VIP Fast Track.

Our Arrival Fast Track service includes the following procedures:

  • Meet and greet passengers at the immigration area with the Welcome Board.

  • Swiftly get passengers’ passports stamped at the VOA Counter (if any).

  • Facilitate immigration procedures at the Priority Line (Passport Control).

  • (VIP) Claim baggage for passengers at the conveyor belt.

  • (VIP) Aid through Customs declaration for baggage (if any).

  • (VIP) Assist in procedures related to lost baggage issues (if any).

  • (VIP) Escort passengers to the exit and transfer areas.

  • (VIP) Safely transport their luggage to the designated vehicle.

Our Departure Fast Track service includes the following procedures:

  • Provide pickup service for customers who have booked our Car Transfer.

  • Meet and greet passengers at the meeting point with the Welcome Board.

  • (VIP) Transfer baggage from the vehicle to the check-in counter.

  • (VIP) Aid through the check-in procedure, bypassing long queues.

  • (VIP) Assist passengers in checked baggage declaration.

  • Facilitate exit procedures at the Priority Line (Passport Control).

  • Assist passengers through the Security Check with expedited processing.

  • Promptly direct passengers to the boarding area.

Question 9. Who should opt for Fast Track service?

Answer - Fast Track service is a great choice for all passengers entering/exiting Vietnam. However, we recommend that the following groups use our Fast Track service for its convenience and comfort:

  • Passengers entering Vietnam for the first time.

  • Pregnant women, the elderly and children.

  • Passengers who have difficulty moving and cannot wait in line for too long.

  • Passengers having problems with visualizing, hearing, communication ability, etc.

  • VIPs as partners of companies in Vietnam who come to Vietnam for business.

  • Passengers who love to enjoy fast, convenient, and professional services.

Question 10. How long in advance do I need to register for the service?

Answer - To ensure we receive booking and arrange our staff to arrive at the airport promptly, please refer to our service's policy below:

  • For Arrival Fast Track: At least 2 hours before the flight lands.

  • For Departure Fast Track: At least 2 hours before check-in time.
