Process Passengers will be able to go through the Priority lane, without having to queue in the regular lane. At certain airports, such as O'Hare International Airport in the US, passengers may still need to wait in the regular lane. In this case, the Fast Track staff will accompany passengers to the lane, queue with them, assist in retrieving their luggage, and then escort them to the driver.
Required documents

Here are the documents passengers need to complete the immigration procedures:

  1. A valid passport with blank pages for entry stamp.
  2. Documents proving you have permission to enter Vietnam.
  3. Portrait photos (4x6, .jpg format, white background, looking straight, without glasses) (if any).
  4. Government fee (for VOA applicants).
  5. Other advised documents.

Some countries do not issue VOA, therefore the required documents can vary:

  1. A valid passport with blank pages for entry stamp.
  2. Documents proving you have permission to enter that country.
  3. Round-trip tickets or onward tickets to another country.
  4. Hotel bookings in that country.
Prices

- For VOA, Fast track prices do not include Government fee (US$25 for single entry and US$50 for multiple entries).

- No tip required.

- The prices may include immigration fees, eliminating the necessity of paying at the airports (subject to airport policies).

- Tips can be requested (subject to airport and company policies).
